Products we conceive, build and run ourselves. Urbano, the operating system for the city of Banja Luka, came about this way: from an idea to a hosted platform with five modules and an AI layer.

When did we start blink?
Blink was founded in 2026 in Banja Luka, out of the belief that the Western Balkans can be where digital change starts, not just where it arrives. The team behind it has been building software for clients since 2019.

Product and service studio.
Blink is a digital product and venture studio from Banja Luka that combines strategy, design and technology to help companies take the next step in their digital evolution.
We develop web and mobile products, online shops, complex business systems, AI solutions, brand identities and digital experiences with a clear business purpose.
We don't just build for clients. In parallel, we develop our own venture projects and digital products, from the first idea and validation to design, technology, launch and growth. That's why we approach every project as a product that should work in the real world, attract users and create long-term value.
Blink consists of a young and ambitious team of people with experience from different parts of the technology and creative industries. We combine practical experience with a strong desire to grow, learn and explore new technologies. We are constantly improving the way we design, develop and build products so that we are always one step ahead in knowledge, tools and technology.
Our greatest strength is the combination of product thinking, strong design, serious engineering and the speed of a young team. We don't watch the digital evolution from the sidelines. We want to understand it, apply it and be part of it together with our clients.
Commissioned work
We build custom platforms for clients. Our demo for running an entire psychotherapy practice (booking, records, sessions and billing in one place) shows what that approach looks like in practice.

We don't separate the people who build from those who design and those who talk to the market. We work lean, with AI tools instead of a large team, so everything from the first idea to production meets one coherent standard.
Engineering
Full-stack TypeScript (Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL), mobile apps (React Native, Expo), scalable systems and DevOps, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, GCP, Cloudflare.
Design and art direction
Visual identity, UX/UI and product design, from the first wireframe to a finished interface in users' hands.
AI on real data
RAG assistants that answer from real documents and cite their sources instead of guessing. An encrypted vault for personal data and swappable models.
Business and sales
Business model, pricing, institutional and B2G sales, contracts and partners: a product that knows how it reaches its users.
