At a builders' merchant, nobody asks for the product code, they ask what you're building. The website asks the same question: partition wall, insulation, roof or bathroom. From the answer it leads straight to the boards, profiles, insulation wool or roof tiles the job needs.
The catalogue has sixteen ranges, from facade systems to timber. Manufacturers are listed the way Grand Company actually sells them, Baumalt, Tondach and Porotherm, with a note that model availability is confirmed by the sales team.
Procurement from the site.
B2B portal brings quotes, orders, sites, documents and the credit limit onto one screen, with roles for the owner, site manager, tradespeople and accounts. Last time's order repeats in one click and goes in as an enquiry, thirty seconds instead of a phone call. On the website it is shown with demo data.

For Tondach roofs and Porotherm walls, the site links to Wienerberger's free manufacturer calculators and says plainly that Grand Company does not make them. The result, measurements or a plan go in as an enquiry without an account, and the sales team replies with availability, quantity and price.
