The complex in 3D
Blocks 4 to 7 and the original facades, with block selection.
A website for Grand Trade Centar, a residential and commercial complex on the corner of Vuka Karadžića and Prvog krajiškog korpusa in Banja Luka. The complex opens in 3D, block by block, and each apartment can be explored on screen before the first visit.
The new website is currently published on the blink domain.

Buyers don't buy square metres, they buy everyday life: the view, the quiet, the walk to the theatre. So the site doesn't open with a price list, but with the complex in 3D. The building turns as you scroll, blocks 4 to 7 are selected one by one, and each shows its size range and availability.
From the 3D view, the path leads into an archive of 54 apartment types. Each has its original floor plan, the area of every room, its block and floor, and filters by block, layout, floor area and floor shorten the path from “I'm interested in a three-room” to a specific apartment.

The three-room apartment L7–2, 82.42 m², can be walked through by scrolling or freely, following the layout of the original floor plan. The furnishings are illustrative, and the screen says so; alongside the walkthrough are photos of the show apartment and a 360° tour.

Fifty-four apartment types, from one-room to four-room, from 31.93 to 176 m². Each has its own page with the original floor plan, the area of every room, its block and floor. The garage spans three underground levels with 137 spaces, with floor plans of every level.
