MT Pride
A proposal for a new website for MT Ponos, a flooring retailer from Banja Luka. Laminate, parquet, vinyl and decking arranged into a catalogue that looks like a shop window, with a calculator that works out packs from room dimensions and an enquiry that arrives with the calculation.
A demo built for MT PONOS d.o.o. It is not their published website, and the content and product information are subject to review before publication.

Flooring is bought with the eyes.
A flooring buyer doesn't choose a code but a decor, a texture and how the floor will look in their room. So the homepage in our proposal is a space, not a list: large interior shots carry the decor, and each comes with the product code, thickness and a route to a quote.
The Krono Original, Kaindl and Tarkett range is split into six categories, from laminate to WPC decking, with filters by brand and decor. Those who know what they want get to the product fast. Those who don't can browse as if walking through a showroom.

A calculator that works out the packs.
The customer doesn't know how many packs they need, but they know how big their room is. The calculator asks for length and width or area, then adds a 10 % allowance for cutting and installation waste to the chosen product.
From the result you go to “Request a quote with calculation”. So the seller receives an enquiry with the product and quantity, not a question about what laminate costs.

A product page that leads to an enquiry.
The price is on request, so the product page ends with an enquiry rather than a cart. It shows the pack size, thickness, decors from the same collection, room area with a waste allowance and an “Add to enquiry” button.
Products can be compared side by side before the enquiry goes to the seller.

Decors in space.
Herringbone parquet in the living room, laminate in the kitchen, WPC decking on the terrace. The categories open with a photo of the space where the floor has already been laid, so the customer sees the result before seeing the price.
