The client opens the website
Finds the practice, sees free slots and books without calling.
An operating system for private psychiatric and psychotherapy practices. From the first click on the website to the completed appointment, booking, records, documents, billing and the patient portal work as one flow, and the doctor stays with the patient, not the paperwork.

A private practice usually runs on tools that don't talk to each other: calendar, notebook, spreadsheet, messages and phone. The appointment is in one place, the note in another, the invoice in a third, and time that belongs to patients goes on retyping.
Omaška brings it together. Appointment, patient, clinical note, document and invoice are no longer separate records. Doctor, reception and patient use the same system, and each sees only their part.

Most practices don't need another tool; they need to be found. That's why Omaška starts with the public side: a website where patients see who you are, what you do and when you're free, and book without a single call.
The “Book an appointment” button isn't a form that sends an email, but the same calendar the team sees in Omaška. As an example of the public side, omaska.app hosts a demo practice website dr. Krnetić.
Finds the practice, sees free slots and books without calling.
Reception sees the new request without checking email or messages.
A first contact gets their own record and history.
The invoice in KM is generated from the completed appointment.
The patient picks a service and a time, confirms their phone number with an SMS code, and the practice gets a tidy schedule.
History and timeline, MSE notes, ICD-10 diagnoses, pharmacotherapy, risk assessment and care plan.
The document is generated from data already entered, and consent forms and contracts go out for digital signature.
The invoice is generated from the completed appointment. You see who owes what and what is overdue, calculated in KM.
Appointments, messages, documents and payments in one private space, with no access to the practice's admin.
Access follows responsibility, not just employment. Reception doesn't need to see clinical content.
Mental health data falls into a special category of personal data, and regulations require proof that protection is in place, not a statement. That's why in Omaška the access log is a record in the system, not a sentence on the website.
Data is separated per practice, identifying data is protected with AES-256-GCM encryption, and a patient's request for access, correction or deletion enters a single flow with a standard 30-day deadline and a full audit trail. Omaška remains the data processor: the legal basis and retention periods are set by the practice.
