A complete digital system for a psychotherapy practice: a public marketing website, online booking, a client portal and an admin dashboard for the practice's day-to-day work.

This demo isn't just a showcase for a psychotherapy practice. The aim was to show how the public website, booking, client communication and the therapist's internal work can connect into one flow that cuts manual work and keeps a professional tone.
Marketing pages explain services and approaches, the booking flow collects accurate details before the appointment, the portal gives clients a space for appointments, documents and messages, and the admin dashboard brings day-to-day operations together.

The admin side is designed as a command centre: the therapist sees revenue, sessions, new clients, the waiting list, unpaid invoices, today's schedule, active packages and recent activity. From the same system they manage appointments, clients, notes, treatment plans, assessments, availability, blocked slots, days off, online sessions, billing and security flows.
That scope matters because the platform doesn't stop at good-looking marketing. The value is that every new lead, appointment, message and document ends up in the same operational structure.

Psychotherapy data is among the most sensitive personal data, so the demo was built around access control from the start. Each role (client, therapist, administrator, coordinator) sees exactly as much as it needs, and every change stays in the audit trail.
The client manages their appointments and documents, the therapist keeps notes and treatment plans, and the admin layer keeps billing, security settings and GDPR flows separate from clinical work. The system is designed to stand up to a real practice, not just a presentation.
Users read about the service, approach or issue, then go straight to booking without wandering around the website.
Appointment, session format, notes and contact details instantly become part of the operational flow.
The client comes back for appointments, messages, documents, questionnaires, materials and video sessions.
The therapist manages the calendar, clients, billing, security, content and communication.
